Seng Hooi has more than 30 years of senior management and executive board experience in a variety of industries such as Manufacturing, Construction / Property development, and a not-for-profit Industry Association. Currently, he runs a boutique consultancy that provides financial and strategic advisory services to SMEs. His management exposure encompasses earlier career stints in the public sector, Banking and Venture Capital. He is also a Chair/Business Coach of Vistage Malaysia which is a platform to develop business owners/CEOs to be better leaders and decision-makers.
 
Beyond his vocation, Seng Hooi serves as the Hon. Secretary-General of the Small and Medium Enterprises Association (SAMENTA) and frequently writes articles and speaks on issues affecting SMEs. He also sits on the ASEAN Advisory Board of ZICO International, a leading legal and corporate advisory group as a subject matter expert on SMEs.

Seng Hooi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Honours from The University of Chicago and a Master of Economic Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
