Jeffery P. Langer, PhD, JD is General Counsel of Zoeller Company, a privately held and majority family-owned US based company with more than 80 years of history of quality manufacturing in Louisville, Kentucky. Zoeller’s products are sold worldwide from its divisions in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, and China. Prior to becoming General Counsel at Zoeller, he was a partner at Stites & Harbison in their Northern Virginia office; Senior Counsel at Philip Morris International in Neuchâtel, Switzerland; and began his legal career at Finnegan in Washington, DC. He frequently lectures on internationally focused legal issues relevant to intellectual property, contracting, and mergers & acquisitions.
